Your mission
We are looking for a talented Environmental Artist, passionate about creating Games. For our new project we are aiming for a realistic visual style, with flexibility to adapt to other styles in future opportunities.
You will collaborate with a talented group of artists, engineers and technical artists to develop a new game, while your focus will be on the production of 3D content.

In particular you will:
  •   Produce high-quality, fully textured 3D assets from concept briefs and descriptions
  •   Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Environment Art Lead to conceptualize, design, iterate on a range of assets to bring our projects to life
  •   Trouble-shoot asset creation and maintain the required specification such as frame rate, memory, poly budgets etc
Your profile
  •   You are self motivated and you can carry out the vision until completion
  •   You have several years experience creating 3D game assets, and your versatility enables you to create both hard surfaces and organic objects & environments
  •   You master relevant software packages such as Maya, Photoshop, Substance Designer & Painter, Zbrush
  •   You are familiar with real time rendering engines (ex: Unreal Engine 4)
  •   You have a strong understanding of physically based shaders
  •   You have good communication skills in English
Nice to have:
  •   Understanding of lighting, color and composition
  •   Experience with procedural generation techniques
  •   Experience with blueprints
  •   Animation experience
  •   You can execute highly detailed, real-time environments.
  •   Professional experience on at least one game release (PC, Console)

*The remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by Austrian collective agreement. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
