Your mission
We secured Series A funding last year and are targeting Series B this year. You will collaborate closely with our external legal support and the Executive Assistant to the CEO to help drive wide-ranging legal and administrative topics, such as investor agreements, change of capital stock, exits, board resolutions, creation of new subsidiaries around the world, etc. And these are just a few examples of what will come across your table.

It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in wide-ranging legal themes typical of start-ups while collaborating with an engaged, international, and fun team that wants to make a difference.

In particular, you will:

  • Correspond with lawyers and assist in drafting diverse contracts such as investor agreements, service & transfer pricing agreements, circular resolutions
  • Be responsible for file maintenance, coordinate the creation or reception of necessary documents or reports with internal stakeholders, and monitor deadlines for submissions
  • Support the organization of quarterly or extraordinary board meetings, signatures at the notary etc.
  • Support in the establishment of new international offices, and other projects
Your profile
  • You are/were studying economics, law or a comparable course of study, and are particularly interested in contract law and corporate law (national and international) and / or the startup world
  • You want to gain experience in an international and dynamic work environment
  • You have a quick grasp on new topics, and work independently, reliably, with a great attention to detail
  • You always keep the overview and prioritize tasks easily based on importance and urgency
  • You are team-oriented and just step in and help where you recognize the need
  • You like to learn new things and you have a flexible attitude towards new topics
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

*The remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by the Austrian collective agreement. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
