Your mission
In this position, you will be responsible for the organizational accounting and delivering sound financial information. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with a desire to grow and improve their skills working within our organization.
In particular, you will:
  • Administrate the day-to-day accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, banking and cash).
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly- and annual financial reports.
  • Support the CFO in preparing forecasts, budgets and variance analyses.
  • Provide assistance with internal and external reviews and audits.
  • Participate in smaller projects in the area of Finance and Controlling.
  • Perform and control payment transactions.
Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial business administration education (e.g. HAK/university).
  • Knowledge of the local (Austrian) finance regulations.
  • First work experience in an accounting position. 
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of accounts payable and receivable as well as of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Interest in shaping future finance processes and standards.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Open-minded, proactive personality with the capability to communicate with people from diverse cultures and with different stakeholders.
