Your mission
We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter with a strong focus on software engineering roles to enable us to reach our ambitious goals, as we enter a period of rapid growth.

You will be one of the first recruiters joining Blackshark.ai, and will play a decisive role in laying the foundations of a state-of-the-art team, in collaboration with the Head of HR and Active Sourcing. Our Recruitment team will own all topics related to talent acquisition, candidate experience and process improvement. As a trusted partner to the business, you will contribute to consistently improve processes and experiences related to recruiting.

In particular, you will:
  • Partner with Active Sourcing to proactively build a candidate network and maintain trustful relationships over time
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the engineering teams in order to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions, and manage the full recruitment cycle including:
    • Creating and publishing appealing job postings
    • Reviewing, assessing and preselecting promising candidates
    • Performance initial interviews with candidates
    • Guiding candidates through the process of following interview rounds 
    • Facilitating decision-making and extending offer to candidates 
  • Engage technical talent by creating a great candidate experience
  • Roll up your sleeves and help out your colleagues when spikes arise in other areas 
  • Use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary 
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders on key initiatives such as diversity and employer branding
Your profile
  • You have several years of experience recruiting software engineers, and put a great value on candidate experience
  • You are tech savvy and love researching the tech stack of the positions you own
  • Self-driven and startup-minded, you bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems and are constantly striving for improvement
  • You are detail-oriented, empathetic, self-organized, structured and able to prioritize
  • You are interested in current trends in recruiting, the start-up and tech/AI world, and enjoy continuously learning and challenging the status quo
  • You have great written and verbal English skills

Ideally, you have experience in one or more of the following:
  • Recruiting profiles such as machine learning and computer vision software engineers, 3D graphics developers, data scientists etc.
  • Creating and leading diversity or employer branding initiatives
  • High-growth environment

*The remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by Austrian collective agreement. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
