Your mission
We are searching for an engaged Intern to support us in setting up a robust project management structure for our fast growing AI company. It’s a great opportunity to get insights into project management in a fast-paced and agile environment, and to be part of a team of friendly and international developers eager to push technological boundaries. It is as well a springboard for a potential junior project management position.

You will:

  • Evaluate various project management tools for the project management team.
  • Create projects and configure efficient workflows in the systems for the complete development team (software development, QA, product management, project management)
  • Support our agile coach to prepare and facilitate sprint workshops and implement agile methodology.
Your profile
  • You are available for min. 25 hours a week, ideally full-time.
  • You are structured and have pay attention to details
  • You learn fast and have the capacity to familiarize yourself quickly with new areas of expertise
  • You have an overall understanding and interest for processes and workflows.
  • You have excellent Microsoft office skills, in particular excel.

Nice to have:

  • Familiar with tools such as Jira (Portfolio / Align), Azure DevOps, Microsoft Projects
  • Knowledge in the configuration of workflows
  • Familiar with agile methodologies

*The remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by Austrian collective agreement. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
